Authenticity
Pieces sold through the boutique are inspected by our team. If a watch is proven not authentic, we refund under the written terms agreed at handover.
Returns and cancellation
Pre-owned timepiece acquisitions are non-refundable upon final handover and signed inspection. Exceptions apply solely in the event that the timepiece deviates from stated specifications or fails our authenticity guarantee.
