1. Reservations & Deposits
Clients may place a reservation deposit to secure an exclusive hold on a timepiece. The hold is maintained for up to 3 business days (or as agreed in writing). If the remaining balance is not fulfilled within this timeframe, the reservation is released in accordance with the agreement.
2. Handover Inspection & Settlement
Handover takes place at our private boutique at Gaysorn Village or via private VIP courier. Clients thoroughly inspect the case, movement, accessories, box, and paperwork alongside our team before signing the handover confirmation and completing final settlement.
3. 100% Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee
Every timepiece delivered is authenticated by experienced horologists. If any piece is verified as non-authentic by an Authorized Brand Service Center, a 100% full refund is issued under our written guarantee.
4. Buyback & Trade-In Terms
For timepieces purchased from our salon, we provide buyback and trade-in services, depreciated fairly based on actual physical condition and live international market indices at the time of return.
5. Consignment Agreement
When consigning a timepiece, Cherry issues a formal Consignment Certificate documenting reference, serial number, condition, and agreed net payout. Consigned items are secured inside Swiss-grade high-security safes with comprehensive salon insurance throughout the term.
